Privacy Policy

Podiatry & Injury Clinic, 1/50 Kitchener Parade, Bankstown NSW 2200. Last updated 20 October 2026.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal and health information, including information collected through this website. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and health information in line with the Health Privacy Principles under the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW).

What we collect

  • Through our website forms: your name, email address, phone number, the service you select, your message and how you heard about us. If you arrive from an advertisement or link with campaign details in the web address (for example utm_source), we also store those details with your enquiry so we know which campaign brought you here.
  • When you book or attend an appointment: identification and contact details, your health history and information about your condition, examination findings, treatment records and billing details. Online bookings are made through Nookal, our practice management and booking provider.
  • When you phone us: your phone number and details you give us. Our call-tracking service may record information about calls to our number, such as the time, the caller's number and the source that led to the call.
  • When you use our website: information about your device and how you use pages (such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling and approximate location), collected using cookies and similar technologies.

Please do not put detailed health information in website forms or emails. Share it when you attend, or phone us on (02) 9060 6670 if you need to discuss it.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, book and provide podiatry care, keep clinical and billing records, meet legal obligations, improve our website and services, and understand which of our advertising and community channels are working. We do not use your health information for marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to provide our services, or where you agree or the law requires. This can include other health practitioners involved in your care (such as your GP or referrer), funding bodies and insurers where you ask us to claim, and service providers that help us run the clinic and website. Our current website and clinic service providers include:

  • Formspree (processes website form submissions)
  • Nookal (online booking and practice management)
  • Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Maps and Google Ads)
  • Microsoft (Clarity, which shows us how visitors use our pages)
  • Nimbata (call tracking)

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure providers handle information in line with Australian privacy requirements.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, to understand how visitors use pages, and to measure which advertising brings visitors to us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended. We advertise on Facebook, Instagram and Google. We do not currently use Meta tracking tools (such as the Meta Pixel) on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Storage, security and retention

We keep information in secure electronic systems and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep health records for as long as the law requires, then securely destroy or de-identify them.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity first.
